Next is Tyr, the scent profile here is lemon, eucalyptus, clove, cinnamon, birch tar & rosemary.
Here's the description from the website: "Very little is known about Tyr who sacrificed his arm to the wolf Fenrir whilst the Gods bound the beast.
I created this blend to showcase what I feel could be a typical soothing scent of norse days gone by while the lemon and and eucalyptus invigorate you the clove & cinnamon bring the blend back down with a smokey woody finish helped by the birch tar and rosemary." Now this one gave me a wow moment and it's like nothing I've smelt before. The lemon and eucalyptus gives Tyr is super fresh, airy opening, the clove adds a another level of freshness but also a natural and subtle sweetness, it actually acts as a great bridge in conjunction with the cinnamon to link the darker, earthier notes of the birch tar and rosemary.
This one really paints a picture in my mind. It's a quiet summers afternoon in Midguard, it's 22 degrease Celsius. You're in an open meadow bordered by a tree line, not a cloud in the sky, there's a light, cooing breeze swirling around, in the distance you see the smoke of a camp fire just inside the treeline, the breeze carrying the scent of sweet, smokey wood smoldering as someone is preparing a freshly hunted rabbit for cooking.
This one is seriously different and I absolutely love it. It's dynamic, it's complex and it keeps you on your toes. If you want something different, out of your comfort zone, you should definitely check this one out!
