In *Mr Tiger Goes Wild* by Peter Brown, Mr. Tiger feels like getting a little loose, and so he escapes uptight society getting out into nature to go, well, wild. He eventually finds the perfect balance between being close with others, and being free to be wild, realizing that being himself enables others to be themselves as well. Isn't that a good lesson for all ages?
I'm listening to the @librofm
audiobook *Brain Wash* by Dr. David Perlmutter, Dr. Austin Perlmutter & Kristin Loberg meant to help detox your mind for clearer thinking, deeper relationships, and lasting happiness. The book recommends finding a Mr. Tiger-like balance by spending 30 minutes a day in nature. I'm hoping to add a few more walks around the beautiful Dobbs Ferry waterfront to my daily routine to help instill this habit.
