📝 I am a big fan of 16h fasting, it’s perfect for resting your organs, but also for your digestive system and as your body doesn’t use energy to burn fat your will be full of energy!! 2️⃣ Keto diet: The ketogenic diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.
📝Not a big fan, as yes you will drop the Weight pretty fast but then you will deregulate your metabolism and it’s not sustainable long term, it’s not a life and it could make you miserable 😩
3️⃣plant based: A plant-based diet is any diet that focuses around foods derived from plant sources. This can include fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes, nuts and meat substitutes such as soy products.
📝I have a plant-based diet and it’s perfect for my body and my mind. Vegetables and fruits bring me joy, literally! But I believe that when you are vegan 🌱 your eat more nutritious food and it will definitely change your mood!
