"Coffee please!" ☕ #mondaymood
I'm an oat latte kind of gal. 😋 Or a long black when I'm at home.
Usually it's 2 (maybe 3🙊) a day however today marks the rolling start of our program and I've chosen to start cutting down for the next 6 weeks. 🙃
I want my body to thrive only off the energy coming from my nutrition intake rather than coffee, and to cut out a few calories; hopefully shift a little belly fat too! 💪🏼 Anyone else cut out/down coffee before and if so, how did you feel?
Should I expect to be a little grumpy for a few days? 🤨🤭
