When something bad happens to you - you feel angry , sad , terrified . DO NOT BOTTLE IT UP . Your head may be exploding , your heart breaking but don’t ignore what comes up . Face your fears fully .
Don’t numb it with booze , TV , pills or shopping ... Learned behaviours . It’s important to move through our stormy emotions to avoid suffering way down the track of our life because we buried these feelings way down deep in our subconscious mind .
So there’s a
TRIGGER , An Event
Are you ANGRY ?
Go ahead PUNCH a pillow/ Go for a run/ Do some boxing/ Dance furiously for 10 minutes .
Do this for 10 MINUTES.
Are you SAD ?
Let yourself cry 10 minutes , cry , wail , let those tears sob through your body, even if the snot comes out of your nose! CRY! Cry! cry! 10 MINUTES .
If you feel like crying more or punching a pillow more , do ANOTHER 10 MINUTES ...
After you have FELT the FEELING you have every right to FEEL ( Humans are entitled to FEEL whatever feeling they #feel
- but we must learn to not harm/be cruel to ourselves and others)

ACT (Lift yourself/ Raise your vibration)

C HOOSE a valued direction like -
Decide what’s the best thing to do now?
Ring a friend? or
and speak to an AMAZING wise FREE counsellor who will restore your faith in yourself and LIFE or #Pray
Journal those tough feelings and just let the words flow or simply write/say 3-10 things you are GRATEFUL for or write about a past event that triggered you and how you got through it
