❤️Daily Motivation❤️ A lot of people ask me how I stay motivated to stick with my fitness program. It’s true, some days I’m tired, or busy, or sore, or I just don’t feel like it. I learned to stay committed over time.
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲!!
Motivation has to come from inside and then results will happen!
So what I do to stay motivated is:
*I remember my why
*I have made my exercise a non-neogotiable/a habit.
*I always have a goal written down to work towards and I look at it daily.
*l always lay out my clothes the night before
*I have one body and one mind. I do what it takes to take care of it even if I don’t feel like it.
*I have a few people I follow on social media that keep me inspired.
*I am always reading a personal development book. Mindset plays a huge part in motivation.
*When you complete one program and see how amazing you feel, you won’t forget that and you will want to feel it again.
