With the constant adaptation to the digital world, we have somewhere lost touch with our native art forms that look graceful and pretty when drawn on charts and papers. Warli art is the traditional art form originated in Maharashtra. This tribal art uses three basic shapes - a circle, a triangle, and a square to create concepts and ideas that depict a story. Learn the basics of warli art in a 2 day workshop with BAFA and know how simple can also look so meaningful.
Things you will require during the course:
Laptop / Desktop / Phone / Tablet access along with good internet connection.

Drawing Sheets, Pens (Ball Pen, Gel Pen, Colorful Pen), Watercolor and Pencils along with Eraser and Sharpeners.
What will you learn during the 2 days Workshop:
Introduction to the Warli Art and the basic vocabulary used to define concepts within Warli.
How to create human figures with the help of the basic shapes.
The concept and importance of the Tarpa Dance in the Warli Art form and how to achieve perfection while drawing it.
How to create concepts with the techniques of Warli Art.
Important things to keep in mind to convey a story through Warli Art.
