Second, I caught myself keeping a tally of all the “bad” calories I was eating this weekend. It’s an old habit and my way of having self control. But I’m here to tell you to stop that sh*t! EAT the pizza. THE S’MORES. The cinnamon roll. The ice cream. Drink the margarita (or sugary Starbucks, or both). Enjoy your life, and your time with family and friends because that’s what matters. You won’t gain 10 pounds from a weekend of indulgence, and any weight you do gain is most likely water weight that will come off once your back to your regular routine. Don’t be so restrictive that you miss out on memories you’ll never get back. 💖
