page and I decided to bring it here because every mother will agree that this is entirely true.
I remember when I had my daughter, the advice my mom, aunties and everyone around me, including the men was, "ensure you sleep when the baby is asleep". Hmmmm....I remember always replying in the affirmative. However, there were 2 things I wasn't told;
1)Babies don't sleep for too long at a stretch.
2)You can hardly sleep when the baby is asleep because you have tons of things to do....lol

mentioned above, before you even do half of what is listed above, your baby will probably wake up.....😄😄. Motherhood can sometimes be overwhelming , leaving us stuck,stressed from the day-to-day activities and all, but I have come to the realization that to find joy ,ease up and avoid being overwhelmed, it's best to have a DAILY PLAN.
Here is what I do, I usually map out a time table of my daily activities, I have a to do list daily and this has helped me a great deal. Try it out and see. At the end of today, write out on a paper or a book or you can download one of those apps for daily plans, all the things you need to do tomorrow and as you do them, go back and tick it. This is what I do, I hope it helps you.
