Lots of blame game happening in media. Politics turns people unruthlessly cruel.
You can point fingers and judge or accept that the end result is it's here. Now and in the present. Be bigger than the #media
and let's share ideas that may help someone.
Take the time to learn how to manage your specific situation and not complain about others situations.
Want to discuss it - ask if it's OK first
Don't want to discuss it - remove yourself and if you can't ask them to tone it down.
Learn to manage your stress and anger. Freaking out will keep the panic fresh and ever cycling (hi, I have meltdowns, I was born for this)
Learn - what can you do to limit the spread and chances of getting it?
Social distancing - (mind you this ez for me) the vast majority it is too hard to fathom.
Download various apps with friends.
Whatsapp - incase your friends lack iPhone it does basically what FaceTime does.
Discord - designed for gamers but you get an IM, a room of your own to invite friends. Can group text w/o pinging everyone, voice chat at free will, share vods, links etc.
Kast - free. Replaced rabbit. Can be used on mobile, pc, tablet etc. Etc. You and your friend(s) can watch things. Ie: I put Netflix on and Dean and I watch shows together.
Social distance drinking: voice of vod chat have beers have laughs. Discord can play YouTube songs.
For the OCD or task efficient - make a bi-weekly task list. Cleaning, exercising, cooking, chilling, naps, everything. Do 2wks because the same wk will get boring.
Even I needed my own advice! .
