I’m currently 2 months into lockdown and I’m 4kgs heavier. If I was fighting I would be concerned, but sports and competition is banned till the government says so. So I’m not worried.
I’ve still been training 2-3 times a day (a mixture of boxing, LSS, conditioning, and strength depending on the day), and according to @jessesanchezlgboxing
, my cardio has improved a LOT. But I’ve also been sitting down heaps (watching Netflix, listening to podcast, reading), AND have been in a caloric surplus...😉 🍰 🍺 .
Point is: If your goal is to lose weight...it doesn’t matter how MUCH you train, if you’re eating MORE than you’re moving....you won’t lose weight 🤷🏽♀️. You feel?
Also also, if your goal is to feel good about yourself, feel confident in your own skin - no amount of weight loss, or muscle gain is gonna help you, unless you work on your perception about yourself 🤗.
